A thouroughly enjoyable rooftop on the 3rd floor of the SAT. Its seasonal menu evolves along with the produce, allowing chef Adrien Renaud to share his love of local products and sustainable agriculture. Sommelier Maude Rochette carefully designs a selection focused on natural wines and biodynamics.
