Stunde Null Oder Die Des Servierens
A rising star in the German theatre and opera world, Christoph Marthaler oversees in Stunde Null a pathetic and farcical ballet about a bunch of old and jaded kids who learn to shake hands, cut ribbons and convincingly spout hollow, bombastic phrases in public.
Details
Under the leadership of Miss Stunde Null, they learn about politics in a summer camp atmosphere, in preparation for the august assemblies they will soon address. The satire is virulent, hilarious and astoundingly topical.
