La raccourcie
In a forest at the end of the world, a son, completely adrift, helps put his father back on his feet, a man who had abandoned everything seven years before.
Treated as an intruder, the son manages to hold on to and then draw out his misanthropic father, convincing him to relinquish his mystery and open his arms. An intimate play of a rare intensity, it goes beyond exploring an aborted relationship between a father and a son to portray a mythical land where a swift-running, meandering river flows like a man’s desire, an absolute thirst that leads to a place where a true encounter can finally take place.
