La ville, des artistes

Over the course of this dark year, behind closed theatre doors, in the warmth of practice studios where work went on despite everything, artists have kept the creative flame alive against all odds. The FTA celebrates their brave and humble resilience, and applauds these great spirits whose essential work sublimates the chaos of the present. Throughout the Festival, large-sized portraits of the artists taking part in the 2021 instalment hover gracefully over the Quartier des spectacles. Enormous and soothing, the artists appear, come to life, and return to the shadows. The artists are among us!
