Hamlet – Machine

Gilles Maheu

Müller brings back the “I ” in historical theatre. Words and images from the subconscious irrupt in the foreground, words and images that the theatre of historical consciousness had discarded in the name of rigour and science. Müller’s theatre is a theatre of terror, a theatre of nightmare.. gut theatre
