In those roles, she has supported more than 40 theatrical and musical productions and contributed to developing and offering the organization’s eco-design and sustainability training programs. She also hosts an international reading club on eco-friendly set design with Tanja Beer, a designer, artist, professor, and eco-design resource person. Lavoie is currently working on a master’s degree in environmental design relating to regenerative design at UQAM, after previously studying set design at Concordia University and Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires.
